insufficient cooling average hot water
the staff spoke english well, which aided communication.
the hot water in the bathroom was not very hot. the air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently. i carried my luggage at check-out because no one came to assist despite repeated requests.

A Very Average Experience
lukewarm water lacking ac
The hot water was barely lukewarm. Not ideal. The room's AC struggled, so the cooling was minimal. When I wanted to check out, nobody came to help with my luggage even after I called. I had to haul it myself, going up and down three times. Very annoying.

accessible location garden access pleasant room untrained staff lacking supplies busy assistance
i appreciated the accessibility of the location from the main road. there is also a garden next door for an outdoor walk, which i enjoyed. the room was pleasant. breakfast options were great too.
the front desk seemed to lack training. basic communication skills were not on point. the room i had, although spacious, lacked basic supplies. i had to call for everything, and assistance was often busy.

the staff were friendly and helpful . i was very impressed with the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the hotel. balakumar from housekeeping did a great job.
it took almost 30 minutes to complete the process. the south indian food, especially the dosa, was very average at breakfast (surprising for the location). the diet pepsi was overpriced.

Excellent Service and Comfortable Stay

My stay lasted five nights, and the front desk staff showed excellent efficiency. Kulu, the duty manager, stood out with his friendliness. He clearly explained all charges and offered a nice complimentary upgrade at check-in. I found housekeeping responsive to all my requests, and the breakfast provided was excellent. i extend special thanks to anjli, sandeep, and sanhita, who prioritized guests' requests with care. They greeted me with a smile each time i visited buffet square and were very prompt. I also appreciated the bellman's help with weighing luggage during checkout.
During my departure, even after calling room service for checkout assistance, no one came to help with the luggage. I informed the receptionists, yet they did not offer help. As a result, i had to carry all the luggage myself, walking up and down multiple times.

The hotel provided a well-equipped gym with three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights, i noticed the pool area had twenty comfortable loungers and a shaded section for relaxation. These amenities contributed positively to my overall experience.

Room service delivered meals promptly and efficiently. Staff always addressed requests quickly. The concierge offered helpful information about local attractions and transportation options. I found their attention to detail excellent and genuinely helpful.

My executive suite included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The room also featured a well-stocked minibar with a variety of beverages and snacks, the large windows offered abundant natural light.

smoking floor dirty furniture
The breakfast buffet offered many choices and tasted good.
I was put on a smoking floor though I requested a nonsmoking room. The room smelled bad. After complaining, I was moved to level 2, but the view was a rubbish-filled alley. Then they moved me to level one with no view at all. Staff seemed poorly trained. The restaurants looked dated and the furniture was dirty.

the front desk upgraded my room. facilities in the room were excellent. the rooms were spacious. it was also clean. breakfast had many options. everything tasted good.
